Sarah is told of her injuries
Today was the day Sarah found out about the extent of her injuries. Both mom and dad were allowed to go to the hospital to be with Sarah to talk to her about her accident and her injuries. They had prepared themselves for this difficult conversation for two weeks now. It turned out to be a very tender and sacred moment. Mom describes Sarah during this experience saying, “She looked like an angel. Her skin was glowing and she had a faint smile on her face the whole time.” Mom described to Sarah the extent of her injuries and made sure she understood what everything meant.
